SpeakToIt Assistant On Bluestacks
In this tutorial I am going to show you how to install the SpeakToIt Assistant on Windows. We will be using the Bluestacks Android emulator. This virtual assistant is one of the best ones out there. It comes equipped with customizing options so that you can change the look and sound of the assistants avatar.
Not only can you change the assistant’s appearance, but you can also teach it. The assistant comes complete with a customizable command database. Anyway, this isn’t a review of the SpeakToIt Assistant, it’s a tutorial on how to install it onto your PC.
Before we continue further I want to say that the SpeakToIt Assistant only works with the Bluestacks emulator. This creates a problem because it takes the novelty out of this assistant which is being able to talk to it. You can still access all of it’s other features. You can also communicate with it through either its built in virtual keyboard or your physical keyboard.
Step 1. Open up Bluestacks. I know, it’s a no-brainer right?
Step 2. Next, using the search app search for SpeakToIt Assistant.
Step 3. Download and install it from Google Play Store. It will ask you to create an account. If you don’t have this on your Android mobile device then go ahead and set up an account.
Step 5. Next it’s time to customize our new SpeakToIt Assistant. At the bottom, or the side, of the assistant’s window is a series of icons.
The first one is the mute button.
The second one is the virtual keyboard.
The third one is your mic.
The fourth one allows you to configure her commands and memory. It is here where you can customize her personal characteristics.
The fifth button is where you can customize her physical appearance and even change her into a guy. There are even several different language that you can chose for her as well.
This is a very fun app to have. Even though she can’t hear you through Bluestacks she can speak back. I have the SpeakToIt assistant installed on my phone and I really enjoy it. I signed up for the premium package which is $20 a year. For me it’s worth it just to support companies that are trying to create better assistants.
